Yes, through a Book Now button on your site. Keydesk Direct is a guest-facing booking portal we host for you at your own Keydesk web address, in the form yourpark.keydesk.co.uk, rather than on your own domain. Guests move straight into it from your website, see live Keydesk pricing and availability, and their bookings flow back into Keydesk clearly attributed to the direct channel.
Yes. Keydesk connects to booking channels two ways. Two-way calendar sync links each unit to a listing on Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, Hipcamp, Agoda or any channel that publishes a calendar link, so a booking taken anywhere closes those dates everywhere. Pitchup goes further still, with a full API integration that publishes availability, rates, stay rules and supported extras and returns bookings, amendments and payment-status updates automatically. Calendar connections keep dates aligned rather than prices, so rates and guest details stay in each channel’s own system.
Set nightly, stay-package or per-person pricing with restrictions and occupancy rules, then take the deposits and balances you choose. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, the payment gateway Keydesk uses.
Yes. At checkout a guest can pay a deposit today and authorise the balance to be taken automatically on the date it falls due, or spread the stay over weekly, fortnightly or monthly instalments. They are told the exact amount and date before they agree, they get a secure area to change their card or pay early, and you get a schedule you can see and pause. Balances that need a human still show up on the bookings list rather than sitting in someone’s inbox.
Yes. Send a secure link, with no account for the guest to create, and they fill in who is staying, the ages of any children and their vehicle registrations. Keydesk works out whether the booking is still missing anything and can chase the incomplete ones for you. Everything they send appears straight on the booking, so the gate list writes itself.
Support and onboarding are included. We help you set up your properties, pitches and pricing, and we work with you to bring your existing and future-dated bookings across - so switching does not mean starting from scratch.

Qualifying Early Partners can apply for a £25 monthly price for their first 12 paid months before moving to the standard £49 monthly price.
Keydesk is not currently VAT registered, so we do not charge VAT at this time. Your subscription is currently £49/month. If Keydesk becomes VAT registered in the future, VAT will be added at the applicable rate.
