Keydesk Direct is a guest-facing booking portal we host for you at your own Keydesk web address, in the form yourpark.keydesk.co.uk, rather than on your own domain. Guests move straight into it from your website, see live Keydesk pricing and availability, and their bookings flow back into Keydesk clearly attributed to the direct channel.
Pitchup, yes. Keydesk has a live API integration with Pitchup that publishes availability, rates, stay rules and supported extras, and brings bookings, amendments and payment-status updates back automatically. Pitchup is currently the only live OTA connection, and more are in progress. If a different channel is essential to your business today, ask us before committing.
